Principal’s Message

Welcome to St Patrick’s High School, Karachi and the traditions and culture of our 157 year history. Since its foundation in 1861, St Patrick’s has been firmly grounded in the vision, mission and values of Catholic Education and made relevant in the lives of each new generation of students.

At St Patrick’s, we believe that education must provide boys and young women and men with a holistic education of very high standards. What does this mean as we head towards the third decade of the 21st century? We believe that our students are best prepared for life by developing their thinking, problem-solving, critical analysis and communication skills; that they need to learn through an intellectually challenging curriculum; that they each be competent and critical participators in the ever-evolving technological environment; and most of all, they be respectful young people of religious faith, personal worth, tolerance, compassion and generosity.

All who study and work at St Pat’s are encouraged to be fully engaged in the many aspects of school life and to contribute to the wider society in ways that reflect our values. As educators, we work in partnership with parents to guide, encourage and challenge our students to grow to be positive and contributing members of society.

In a spirit of hospitality, I invite you to learn more about St Patrick’s High School through our website.
